Simple mobile, does the web work with an unlocked HTC G1 phone?

I have an unlocked HTC G1 phone and i want to hook it up with SIMPLE MOBILE. But before i do i want to know if the web works with this unlocked phone? or if there are problems with the mms or sms? and if so anyone have the codes to unlock them??

Woow…..that’s literally my situation……I have a unlocked g1 phone nd some friend of mine told me about simple mobile and its a gsm network so I got the $60 unlimited talk text data for my g1 and the guy in the store ported my old tmobile number to my new simple mobile plan and I just popped in the sim card to my g1 and within 4-24 hours it started working fine….everythin was working….web,android market, mms, gmail, etc……….so now I’m using simple mobile with my HTC G1 and if I wanted unlimited everything with tmobile it would cost me around the $100s …….so I’m satisfied with simple mobile =) ……….. so I recommend u hook ur g1 up wif simple mobileee… =)
